Larry was born September 8, 1938 in Lexington and is predeceased in death by his parents, Roy J. Kyzer and Daisy Eula Shealy Kyzer, and brother Roy Dale Kyzer, Sr.
He served in the South Carolina Army National Guard and retired from Lexington Sportswear as a master sewing machine mechanic. In retirement, he found joy in woodworking, turning beautiful bowls that reflected his dedication and skill. You could often find him at local craft shows as Kyzer Wood Bowls, showcasing his passion and craftsmanship.
He is survived by his sister, Wanda Porter, brother, Rick Kyzer, children Larry Kyzer Jr., Stacey Epting, Jennifer (Kevin) Beaudreau, five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home - Lexington Chapel. Visitation will follow. A private family burial will be held at a later date.
