LEXINGTON-A private graveside service for Lillie Virginia Fox, 92, will on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at Woodridge Memorial Park. Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Ms. Fox was born October 16, 1918 in Salley, SC and passed away after an extended illness on Monday, June 20, 2011. She was a daughter of the late Lillie Bell Starnes and Rufus Smith. Ms. Fox was a homemaker and lifelong resident of Lexington, SC.
Lillie Fox is survived by her children, Gwendolyn Fox Prestidge of Charleston and Janet Fox Woodbury of Dallas, TX; grandchildren, William G. Prestidge, Jr., Jennifer Fox Prestidge, Ashley Fox Woodbury, Caroline Fox Woodbury, Kristin Wingard Hook, and Gwyndolyn Fox Wingard; great-grandchildren, Richard Tyler Hook, Hunter Lee Fox Sanders, Evangeline Leigh Fox Sanders, Christian Aiden Fox Woodbury, and Brody Collin Fox Woodbury; and a sister, Dorothy Smith Mathias of Lexington. She was predeceased by a daughter, Nancy Carroll Fox; and one grandson, Phillip Kirton Wingard, Jr.
