Lisa Kasper

I am sad to announce that on April 11, 2026 at the age of 68, Lisa Phillips Kasper of Lexington, South Carolina, born in Monmouth New Jersey, passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with everyone who knew her.

She was predeceased by her mother Virginia Fullerton Phillips and father Harvey Phillips.

She is survived by her siblings David, Richard, and Terry and her husband Kenneth Kasper

Lisa worked at Western Pest Control in NJ as a programmer in finance until she married Kenneth Kasper May 15, 1999 and moved to Lexington SC. She worked at Glass Coating in Columbia, Terminix, and Lowe's and Food Lion.

Lisa was a big supporter of animal rescue and Volunteered at Project Pet which became Pawmetto Lifeline. She was awarded Volunteer of the Year in 2009 at Project Pet and the Best of Philanthropy Award in 2011 presented by Central Carolina Community Foundation and Columbia Metropolitan Magazine for dedication to animal rescue.

Lisa opened her home to over 16 dogs some of whom would have been euthanized or always passed over for adoption.
