Louise McGee Drafts, 80, of Lexington, SC gained her heavenly wings on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at her home. She was born on March 29, 1940. Louise was the daughter of the late Grady Felder and Arverene Aull McGee.
She went to Hollywood High School in Saluda, SC. She was employed by Lexington Sportswear, Old School, Mfg., and retired from Cromer’s P-Nuts.
Louise is survived by her sister, Frankie M. Perry (Buddy) and sister-in-law, Onlea McGee, a special friend, Barbara Brown and her son, Nathan; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her husband, H.D. Drafts; brothers, Runt McGee, Jack McGee, Arnell McGee; and a sister, Mary M. Langford.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on March 9, 2021 at Shepherd Church of the Nazarene, 119 Ball Park Rd, Lexington, SC 29072 with visitation one before the service at the church. Burial will follow the service at Woodridge Memorial Park, 138 Corley Mill Road, Lexington, SC 29072. Memorials may be sent to Zion Lutheran Church, 226 Corley Mill Road, Lexington, SC 29072.
