In loving memory of Lucas Ramirez, who entered this world on June 17, 2019, and left us on December 14, 2023. Lucas brought joy beyond measure with his infectious laughter and boundless enthusiasm for life. His playful spirit was most alive when alongside his beloved brother and sister, engaging in spirited games of baseball or delighting in the adventures of Puss in Boots and Sonic.
Lucas was a bright young soul, marked by his innate intelligence and the purity of his happiness, guided by his unwavering faith in God. His love for music was evident through his singing, dancing, and his budding talent on the piano, which always brought a smile to those around him. His heart knew no boundaries; Lucas welcomed everyone with open arms, never knowing a stranger and exclaiming proudly, "I am strong," showing off his muscles.
His excitement knew no bounds when heading to his cherished spots - the movie theater and Chick-fil-A. Yet, Lucas found the greatest joy in the warmth of family nights on Fridays, surrounded by the love of his dear family. His absence leaves an irreplaceable void in our hearts, but his memories will forever be engraved as a testament to his kindness, love, and unyielding spirit.
In addition to his radiant personality and numerous passions, Lucas held a special admiration for his mother that knew no bounds. His love for her was immeasurable, and he found comfort and joy in being constantly by her side. Their bond was a testament to the profound love and closeness they shared, a bond that was a source of strength and happiness for Lucas. His unwavering devotion to his mother was a reflection of the deep love and affection he held for her, creating cherished memories that will forever remain a cornerstone of his legacy.
In the warmth of their bond, a father and his four-year-old son shared a love beyond measure. Snuggling was their haven, nights intertwined with love. From school mornings to bath times, every moment painted with laughter and joy. Lucas, with his innocent charm, often greeted his dad with a cheerful, "What's up, dude?" The loss of this radiant connection leaves an irreplaceable void. Dad's heart aches for the tender moments lost, for the companionship and love that enveloped their days. Their love remains an eternal legacy, a testament to the beauty of a father and son's unbreakable bond.
In his short time with us, Lucas taught us the power of love, innocence, and unwavering joy. His legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched with his radiant presence. Though he may have left us too soon, his memory will forever be a source of strength and inspiration for all who knew him.
Lucas is deeply loved by his mommy, Lisbeth Ramirez (30) and daddy, Elihu Ramirez (35); big sister, Alice (10), big brother, Isaac (7); his grandparents, Xiomara Payero, Luis Rodriquez, and José Ramirez; his aunts and uncles, Carlos, Ana, Jose Manuel, Mabel; his cousins, and many others. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Marcelina Gutierrez.
Lucas will always remain his parents’ precious baby and Alice's and Isaac's little brother, and they will hold him again in heaven one day.
A visitation will be held for Lucas from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at Life Springs Church, 5630 Platt Springs Rd, Lexington, SC 29073, with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM.
