
LEXINGTON – Marjorie A. Lindler, 92, passed away on Friday, April 12, 2013 at Carroll Campbell Place. She was born February 9, 1921 and was the widow of the late Robert L. Lindler.
Funeral services for Mrs. Lindler, 92, will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 14, 2013 at St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church with interment to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2013 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel.
Mrs. Lindler was a daughter of the late Lonnie B. Addy, Sr. and Ila Hook Addy. She was a member of St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church and was a charter member of Lexington Historical Society and Lexington Genealogical Society. Mrs. Lindler retired from the U.S. Department of Agriculture ASCS, Lexington.
Mrs. Lindler is survived by her son, Ronald L. Lindler (Janice C.); son-in-law, George Stoudemire, Jr; granddaughters; Amy E. Stoudemire and Erin L. Stoudemire; grandsons, Phil L. Lindler (Jennifer) and Trey Stoudemire, (Phillis); three great grandsons; sister, Frances A. Price (Murray) and sister-in-law, Anne M. Addy. She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Robert L. Lindler; daughter; Dale L. Stoudemire and brothers; Keith, Lindsey and L.B. Addy.
