LEXINGTON - Funeral services for Matthew Steven Patrick, 32, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, October 17, 2014 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel with interment in Woodridge Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
Matthew was born August, 1982 and passed away October, 2014. He is survived by his wife, Leanne Patrick of Lexington; daughters, Riley and Logan Patrick; sister, Wendy Young (Jason) of Florence; parents, Bishop Wyman Patrick (Lori) of Lexington; mother, Cathy Lee Patrick of Gilbert; paternal grandparents, Mary Lou and Bishop Brinkley Patrick of Cades; nephews, Chris and Tyler Pak and best friend, Matthew Powell and his sons, Tommy and Joey.
