PELION – A memorial service for Michael Allan Hawkins, 48, will be held at noon Saturday, April 7, 2012 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel. The family will receive friends after the service.
Michael was born November 6, 1963 in Easley, SC and passed away on Monday, April 2, 2012. He was a son of the late Wayne Hawkins and Judy Griffin Hawkins. Michael was a Clemson University graduate in Mechanical Engineering and has been employed at Augusta Fiberglass Coatings in Blackville, SC for twenty-five years. He enjoyed following his kids in different sporting events.
Michael is survived by his children, Kayla Jeffcoat, Zachary Hawkins and Daniel Hawkins; brother, Jerry Hawkins (Cathy) and Johnny Hawkins and step mother, Jeannie Hawkins. He was predeceased by his parents.
