GASTON, SC - Nina Ruth Naber, 89, died on Monday, October 6, 2014. Born in Virginia, she was a daughter of the late Albert Ross Honaker and Laura Kiser Honaker. She was formerly a resident of Accokeek, Maryland. She was a Secretary and retired from the Department of Defense. Memorial services will be held at a later date at Huntt Funeral Home in Waldorf, Maryland.
Surviving are her sons, Louis Richard Naber, Jr. (Dianne) of Bryans Road, MD, Dennis Allen Naber (Kristina) of Gaston, SC, David Wayne Naber of Accokeek, MD; grandchildren, Dennis Allen Naber, Jr. and Nina Francine Naber and sister, Earnestine Jessee of Lebanon, VA. She was predeceased by her husband, Lou Naber; parents and brothers, Hobert, Claude and Paul Honaker and sister, Dorothy Kerkes.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 3223 Sunset Blvd. Ste. 100, West Columbia, SC 29169.
