Parris was born in Charleston, SC on February 27, 1973. Surrounded by her loved ones, she peacefully and happily entered her Heavenly home Saturday, February 19, 2022. She was a cosmetologist for 30 years at many places; she even owned her own salon in Lexington, SC called Parris Hair Creations. The people she worked with adored Parris. She was a former member of Saxe Gotha Presbyterian Church. Her passions in life included the love for her daughters, painting, singing, and spending time with her family and friends. Parris was a warrior and the strongest woman. She loved life and always wanted everyone around her to love the life they lived even more.
She is survived by two loving children, Skyler Brazil and Kelsey Lynn Gantt; three loving siblings, Christi Butel (Mario), Rob McBride (Katie Beth) and Ginny McBride (Brian Wise). All her nieces and nephews, Ashlynn Butel, Kayla Butel, Braylon Wise, Breianna Wise, Robert Hilton McBride and Weston McBride meant the world to her as well as her special friends.
She was predeceased by her father, Reverend Dr. Robert H. McBride and mother, Donna Lynn Horres McBride.
The family would like to thank Dr. William Brearley Jr., Dr. Trey Craft III, and Dr. Chaudhry Mushtag for providing Parris with such exceptional care over the years.
