PELION – A graveside service for Pauline Frye Adkins will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at Lexington Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel. Pallbearers are, Rusty Adkins, Woody, Ronnie and Ricky Frye, Chris Yackshaw, Darrell Knox and Tony Adkins. Memorial may be made to Agape Hospice House of Lexington.
Pauline was born October 5, 1935 in Lexington County and passed away Sunday, December 17, 2017. She was a daughter of the late Harvey P. Frye and Mattie Jeffcoat Frye. She was a loving mother, grandmother and wife. She loved to work in the yard and loved to fish. She was very devoted to her family; she was their “Rock”. She is loved and will be missed by many family and friends.
Surviving are her daughter, Sandra Adkins Bise of Pelion; son, Rusty Adkins (Joann Jeffcoat Adkins) of Pelion; granddaughter, Maggie Jo Adkins; “grandcat-Abby”; sister, Doris Frye; brother, Woody Frye, Sr. (Annie) and numerous nieces and nephews.
