Peggy Bradley Jones was a dedicated disciple of Jesus Christ. She faithfully ran her race for 91 years standing firm on the Bible “the best book” as she described. On October 16,2026, she left her faithful husband Paul of 66 years to rest in the victory and hope of her faith that Jesus her Savior made possible.
She grew up in Kershaw County, SC on a farm with 10 siblings. She moved to Columbia and did clerical work for many companies while raising her 2 daughters with her husband. She was a faithful member of her church. She loved her family and loved gardening.
She is survived by her husband Paul, 2 daughters Cindy and Joye, and by 2 sisters Marie and Judy Ann.
Services will be held at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, 503 N. Lake Dr, Lexington, South Carolina 29072, on October 18, 2026, with visitation at 3PM and funeral at 4PM. Burial will be immediately after at Red Bank United Methodist Church, 2909 Old Barnwell Road, Lexington, South Carolina 29073, on October 18, 2026.
