Phillip Michael “Mike” Beavers, age 73, of Lexington, South Carolina passed away on Sunday, September 24th, 2023. He was born in Clinton, Maryland on June 19th, 1950 to Willard Linton Beavers and Harriette Marguerite Simmons.
Mike was a lineman for the Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative for many years before moving into administration. Upon retiring and moving to South Carolina, he enjoyed working in the yard, lounging by the pool, and watching NASCAR races.
He is survived by his wife, Sally Duncan of Lexington, SC; daughters, Tracie Fisher of Lugoff, SC, and Randi Beavers of Maryland; stepson, Jonathan Myrick of Maryland; and grandsons, Alexander and Jake Padilla of Maryland.
He was predeceased by his parents; two brothers, Wayne and Paul; and sister, Patty.
A private service will be held for Mike at a later date.
