After a courageous battle with Parkinson’s disease, 84 she passed away peacefully, April 23, 2018,
she was born, April 13, 1934, in Evansville Indiana to the late Philip and Isabella McEvoy. She grew up in Paris, Tennessee where she married Alexander Szanyi, who preceded her in death in January 1987. She worked for Hunt Financial Group. In 2007 she married Dominic Francese.
She will be remembered for her compassion and unconditional love for others.
Survivors include; daughters, Sandra Fulmer (Glynn), and Sarah Pride, (David), Grandchildren; Kelly Reams, (Matt), Nick Pride, (Mary), Scott Pride, (Allison). Five great grandchildren; Addy Reams, Zoe Pride, Leah Pride, Jack Pride and Evelyn Jo Pride.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday April 28, at 2:00 p.m. at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, 6952 St. Andrews Rd. Columbia, SC 29212. The burial will take place in Paris, Tennessee.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Andrews Presbyterian Church or Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.
