She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Poole of Irmo, SC; her sister, Mary Webb of Asheville, NC, as well as nieces, nephews, and grandchild.
Rebecca is predeceased by her brothers, Thomas E. Hair III and William Warren Hair of Columbia, SC.
There will be a family service at a later date.
