Robert Hummel, age 84, of Lexington, South Carolina passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2024. He was born in Winburne, Pennsylvania on April 21, 1940 and was the son of the late Doyle and Nellie Hummel.
Robert served in the United States Navy for 24 years.
He is survived by his daughter, Yvonne Hummel-Verschuure and her husband, Han Verschuure; and his grandchildren, Robert and Abigail Verschuure.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Jane Carter.
A private celebration of life will be held for Robert for immediate family.
