Robert Daniel Moseley

LEESVILLE - Funeral services for Robert Daniel “Dan” Moseley, 74, will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, July 5, 2014, at Saxe Gotha Presbyterian Church, 5503 Sunset Blvd., Lexington, SC 29072. The family will receive friends following the service at Saxe Gotha Presbyterian Church. A private burial for the family will be held after the visitation at St. Alban’s Episcopal Church Cemetery.

Mr. Moseley was born May 25, 1940 in Gaffney, SC and passed away on Tuesday, July 1, 2014. He was a son of the late Robert Earl Moseley and Hazel Neely Moseley. Mr. Moseley was a member of Saxe Gotha Presbyterian Church. He was former president of the Lexington Athletic Booster Club and a member of Lexington Rotary. He was also former owner of Midlands Insurance Agency. Mr. Moseley was a proud founding member of Caring Connection Brotherhood.

Surviving are his daughter, Rachel Moseley of Millersville, MD; son, Rob Moseley (Robin) of Travelers Rest and 7 grandchildren. He was predeceased by his daughter, Rebecca Moseley and sister, Nancy Bennett. Memorials may be made in memory of Dan to Saxe Gotha Presbyterian Church. Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements..
