GASTON – Funeral services for Stephen Douglas Yandle, Jr., 40, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 12, 2014 at Calvary Chapel with interment in Lexington Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, April 11, 2014 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel.
Mr. Yandle was born April 29, 1973 in Columbia, SC and passed away on Tuesday, April 8, 2014. He was a son of Stephen D. Yandle, Sr. and Retta Russell Yandle of Little Mountain. Stephen was a member of Calvary Chapel. He served as Detention Service Manager of the Lock Shop with the South Carolina Department of Corrections.
Surviving are his parents; wife, Sarah Bass Yandle of Gaston; sons, Trent Yandle and his wife, Savannah and Nathan Yandle both of Gaston; grandson, Ayden Yandle of Gaston and brother, Aaron Yandle of Newberry.
