Victoria was born on September 14, 1946 to Milo and Jackie Crabtree. She grew up in Mobile, Alabama and graduated from Murphy High School in 1964. Victoria worked in banking and insurance, and for many years, was the office manager of Calhoun Life Insurance Company.
She and her devoted husband, Cliff, were married on May 22, 1972 and lived in Columbia and Lexington ever since.
Surviving are her husband, Cliff Chappell; sister, Janet Byron; nieces and nephews; grand-nieces and nephews, and other dear friends and relatives.
