Butch was raised in North, SC and worked as an electrician in the Columbia area prior to retiring from Lexington Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Dale White; sisters and brothers-in-law, Faye and Jerry Livingston and Cynthia and Barry Amaker and his wife, Kathi Whetstone.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah Singley; children, Josh Angle (Kim), Nicole Angle, Katie Sallee (J.C.); four grandchildren, Ashleigh, Kathryn Lee, Kiera and Colin; two great-grandchildren, River and Olivia; sisters, Linda Brandon (Gene) and Bina Wyllie (Bill) along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Butch was a simple man who would do anything for anyone.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Pisgah Lutheran Church. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. prior to the service at the church.
Memorials can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, American Cancer Society, Agape Hospices, and Pisgah Lutheran Church.
