Charles Vincent Manfre, 66, Liberty, MO passed away May 13, 2015. Celebration of life 10:00 am – noon, Saturday, June 6 at Church-Archer-Pasley Funeral Home with military honors at 11:45 am. Private burial at New Hope Cemetery. Charles was a proud veteran of the Air Force. He retired from Hallmark Cards. Charles was preceded in death by his wife Hoa Manfre. Survivors include daughter, Kim Manfre and son, Shawn Manfre and his wife Heather and grandchildren, Cole, Megan, Brody, Ethan and Olivia.
