David passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at the Veterans Administration Community Living Center in Topeka, Kansas. He is a Vietnam veteran having served his country as a U.S. Marine from 1970-1971. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Franklin Wiglesworth, his mother, Patsy (French) Snow, step-father, Warren T. Snow and grandparents. He is survived by one son, Dean Wiglesworth, Cameron, MO; Matt Girpando, Kansas City, MO; his sisters, Janet (Gary Hatfield) Simpson, Independence, MO, Sandy Snow (Mike) Hendrickson, Modesto, CA, Debbie (Dale) Hicks, Inez (Ron) Voorhees, Robert (Bobby) Wiglesworth Jr, Columbia Cross Roads, PA; step-mother Joyce Seymoor; a brother-in-law, Dennis Simpson; nephews, Benton & Michael Henddrickson and Jeffrey Warren Simpson; two great nephews, James and Samuel Hendrickson and great nieces, Britney & Alaina Simpson.
David was a big, loveable, red headed Teddy Bear; he loved his family dearly. His CB-handle was "Teddy Bear". He drove semi's from coast to coast as an independent operator. He had a heart of gold. He was loved by his friends at the VA Center and throughout his life.
