My earliest memory of Donna was when I got misdirected on my way to my interview for the job of city planner with the City of Liberty. I knew I was going to be late so called the number I had, which was for Donna. She was very calming and helpful to me as I explained where I was and she gave me directions. I thought I blew it and that there was no way they would hire me BUT the City did and I got to work with Donna regularly. She knew everything and everybody! She was the simply best.
