Ellen Elaine Tribout

Ellen was born July 8, 1935 in Harlingen, Texas. Ellen is one of three girls born to Clair Francis Carden and Vera Lucille Rutherford. Ellen and her two sisters grew up strong willed and hard working. Her family relocated to Tulare California in her teens. As an adult, she worked as a night desk clerk at a hotel, and waitressing for restaurants and catering over the years, but largely worked as a bank teller.

In 1981, Ellen met and marrying her beloved husband, Robert Tribout. After Robert’s passing in 2019, Ellen moved to Missouri to be closer to her daughter and granddaughter. Ellen loved tending her garden and growing flowers, making quilts and crafts, watching television, and playing with her dog, Zoi.

Ellen was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Robert Tribout and her sisters, Martha and Rose.

She is survived by her children, Terri Lee, Kerri Lynn, Marsha Elaine, Natalie Eileen, Virginia Ann and Wesley Mathew; as well as many grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, niece and nephew.
