Harold "Dave" McGregor

Harold “Dave” McGregor, 79, of Lee’s Summit, Missouri passed away July 15, 2018. Dave was born on January 15, 1939 to Harold and Virginia McGregor. He served in the United States Air Force for 21 years. On April 20, 1960, Dave married Charlotte. After retirement from the Air Force, Dave worked as the Director of Maintenance for Liberty Public Schools for 26 years. He was a member of VFW Post 4043 in Liberty, Missouri. Dave enjoyed watching sports and gardening as well as spending time with his Dachshunds. He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 sisters, Mary Ann and Normal and his daughter, Susan McGregor. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte; 2 sons, Scott (Patty) McGregor and Michael (Debra) McGregor; grandchildren, Brandon, Christina and Madison McGregor; brother, Duncan Scott (Peggy) McGregor, Sr. as well as several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 19th from 12:00 to 1:00p.m. at Church-Archer-Pasley Funeral Home, 119 East Franklin Street, Liberty, Missouri 64068. Graveside service will Military Honors is Thursday, July 19th at 2:30p.m. at Leavenworth National Cemetery, 150 Muncie Road, Leavenworth, Kansas 66048. Casual clothing is requested by family. In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial donations to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Wayside Waifs.
