Harold Eugene Eddins, Sr., 86, passed away May 30, 2020. Services with Honors will be held at 11:00am, Friday, June 5th at Church Archer Pasley, 119 E. Franklin St., Liberty. Private burial at Leavenworth National Cemetery.
Harold was born February 16, 1934 in Kansas City, KS to Marion and Dorothy Eddins. He graduated from high school. Harold served in the United States Air Force as a Supply Record Specialist. He was married to Barbara Pike and they raised two children, Lorrie and Gene. Harold worked as a forklift driver in warehouses for a majority of his career.
He loved being a father and spending time with his children. Harold enjoyed baseball and made sure to listen to the Royals games on his handheld radio. He was interested in politics and kept up with current events. Harold enjoyed playing cards, spending time with his family and watching television, especially old Westerns.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marion and Dorothy Eddins; and his brother, Ralph Eddins.
Harold is survived by his children, Lorrie Eddins, and Gene Eddins and his wife Stephanie and their children, Taylor and Madison Eddins; his brother, Ronnie Eddins; as well as other relatives and friends.
