Matthew "Matt" Jeremy Chadwick

Matt was born on November 20, 1967, in Smithville, MO to Marla Watt & John Chadwick. He graduated from Winnetonka High School in 1986. Matt married Lori Chadwick on October 11, 1997, and lived in Kansas City, MO, for many years. His family remembers him as a funny, caring, loving son, brother & uncle, who encouraged his loved ones to pursue their goals and dreams. Matt was also a very skilled electrician and loved 80’s hair bands. He was a generous, witty and dedicated individual who loved his dog and who was passionate about NASCAR and the Kansas City Chiefs.

He is preceded in death by his grandma, Betty Barlow.

Matt is survived by his parents, Marla Watt of Kearney, MO and John Chadwick of Jameson, MO; his brothers, Chris and Danny Chadwick; his nephews, Kevin and Ryan Chadwick; his nieces, Becca Chadwick, Danyelle Burke, and Alissa Szczygiel; and many other extended family members, friends, and loved ones.

A Celebration of Life is scheduled for 5-7pm on March 31, 2025, at Church Archer Pasley Funeral Home, 119 E. Franklin Street, Liberty, MO 64068. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Matt's life.
