Ronald “Ron” Carpenter, 64, of Gladstone, MO, passed away December 23, 2021. He was born August 31, 1957 in Kansas City, Missouri to Lonnie and Melba Carpenter. Growing up, Ron was very active in sports and earned a scholarship to Park University for soccer. Later on, he also coached. Ron worked for Zep Manufacturing for many years but retired from a chemical company. He was an avid KC Chiefs fan and loved camping and being outdoors whenever he could. Ron loved his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother-in-law.
Ron is survived by his children, Lonnie Carpenter, Leslie Carpenter (Mirranda), and Karly Carpenter (Nick Conchola); his grandchildren, Zaria Carpenter, Maylyn Crowe, Ray Carpenter, Isabella Tanner, and Olivia and Liz Conchola; his siblings, Kristy Mesh (Frank), Dana Clements (Harlan), and Rebecca Goff; as well as his nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
