Rose Marie, 88, was born March 29, 1929 and passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2018. She lived most of her life in Missouri City, Missouri. On July 4, 1946, Rose Marie married John “Jack” E. Eames. They were members of Assembly of God Church in Missouri City. Jack passed away in 1994, and Rose Marie moved to Liberty, Missouri. Rose Marie worked for Nellie Don in North Kansas City as a seamstress for 20+ years. She loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren. In her free time, Rose Marie could often be found bird watching, hummingbirds were her favorite, and she loved to garden. Rose Marie was preceded in death by her parents, Warren & Marie Rosa (Schmidt) Bernard; husband, Jack Eames; sister, Betty Jean Bernard; brother, Robert Bernard; sister, Vivian Kennedy; great-grandson, Cody Mace and son-in-law, Richard Speelman. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughters, Jacky Rapp, Karen (Jim) Mace, and Jahna Speelman; grandchildren, Jim (Terri) Mace, Rhonda (Chris) Chaney, Amanda Rapp, Hollie Speelman and Susan (Casey Dickerson) Speelman; great-grandchildren, Taryn (Matt) Miller, Dakota (Ryan Foster) Rapp, Amber Mace, Jacob (Margaret) Mace, Joey Mace, Macey Chaney and Daisy Rapp; great-great-grandchildren, Remington Foster and Kennedy Miller. Friends are invited to a visitation on Saturday, February 17th from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with a funeral service at 11:00 a.m at Church-Archer-Pasley Funeral Home, 119 East Franklin Street, Liberty, Missouri 64068. A private committal service will be held at Missouri City Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Missouri City Cemetery. Fond memories may be left online at www.churcharcherpasley.com.
