A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 19, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. at First Wesleyan Church in Siler City officiated by Rev. Eddie McClure.
Amy was preceded in death by her father, Prentice Grey Salter.
She is survived by her husband of 14 years, Adrian Hodges; daughter, Jennifer Lee Salter; son, Shaun Michael Clayton; mother, Rachael Garrett Salter; granddaughter, Leah Rose Lopez and sister, Susan Vaughan.
