A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 19 at 11 a.m. at The Loflin Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Jan Greene; burial will follow in Bethany United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
She was the daughter of the late Charlie and Nellie Barnes Butler and was also preceded in death by her son, Greg Edwards.
Surviving is her son, Troy Lynn Edwards (Ramona) of Staley; sister, Brenda Butler York of Liberty; brother, Jimmy Butler of Liberty; four grandchildren, Stacy Edwards, Amy Edwards Johnson, Charlie Edwards and Joshua Edwards and four great-grandchildren.
