I have known Charles since I started working for the County in ‘91. We worked together until his retirement and stayed in contact since. He is to be commended for all of his volunteer service as an honor guard for veterans’ funerals. I’ll miss his humor and stories from his Navy and Florida days,

I remember cousin, Charles’, high school graduation at Southeast High and that he was in the first graduating class at that school. I truly remember him proudly walking across the stage to get his diploma. A few years later I remember going to his and Vickie’s wedding. When Grandma got her corsage Grandpa wanted to know why he didn’t get one too. It was so funny.
Last time I saw Charles was at a reunion several years ago. I had a good time that day re-connecting with family members.
