Dale was preceded in death by his father, Wayne E. Haddock. He is survived by his mother, Nellie Haddock; daughter, Ana Greene (David); sons, Donovan Haddock (Kayla) and Derek Haddock (Abby); grandchildren, Silas Greene, Eva Greene, Violet Haddock, Ashtenn Haddock and Maevyn Haddock; and brothers, Roy Haddock and Scott Haddock.
