Donald Stanfield

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at The Loflin Funeral Home Chapel; burial will follow in Gilmore Memorial Park in Julian. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

He was the son of the late Hampton and Lillian Field Stanfield and was also preceded in death by one sister, June Janney and two brothers, Claude Stanfield and Ernest Dollinger.

Donald is survived by his wife, Sherry Coltrane Stanfield of the home; daughter, Jennifer Kendrick (David) of Climax; three sons, Donald R. Stanfield of Greensboro, John W. Stanfield (Jessica) of Franklinville and William D. Livengood (Rebecca) of Sanford; three sisters, Wanda Belton (Richard) of Eden, Sherry Wiggington (Jack) of Eden; and Mary Lynn Stanfield of Greensboro; one brother, Ronald Stanfield of Liberty; sister-in-law Shirley Stanfield; two brother-in-laws Carl Coltrane and Garry Coltrane and 11 grandchildren.
