Dorothy "Dot" Stout Smith

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at First United Church of Christ in Liberty, officiated by Rev. Marion Smith. The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home and other times at the home of her son, Randy Smith.

She was the daughter of the late Earl, Sr. and Ometa Bray Stout and was also preceded in death by her husband, Archie Edward Smith, Jr.; one daughter, Susan Ann Smith and brother, Earl Rush Stout, Jr.

Surviving is her daughter, Jeane Smith Stutts and husband, Terry; son, Randy Smith and wife, Sheri and four grandchildren, Kristen Stutts, Brad Stutts and wife, Kristina, Heather Craven and husband, Jonathan and Melanie Lovings and husband, Jake; sister-in-law, Nina Stout; niece, Dee Stout; two adopted family members, Tabitha Schenkel and Joe Hornaday.
