Ed Butler was a wonderful man, a caring citizen of our community and an excellent member of the Randolph County Board of Health. He always asked the important quesitons and challenged others to think about what was best and right for all the people of our county. He showed us all how to work together through his example. Ed would always bring to the table the needs in Liberty but he was aware of the needs everywhere. He left some important shoes to fill.
