Fran was a loving mother, daughter, sister & Nana who loved the walks on the beach in Panama City, Florida. She always loved cats and enjoyed playing Poppit at the casino.
The family will hold a Celebration of Life at a later date.
Fran was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Hines; father, Frank Allen Shelor, Sr.
She is survived by her mother, Patricia May Shelor; daughter, Brittany Oberlander; sons, David Hines, Jason Hines (Rachel); sisters, Christine Gray (Frankie), Pamela Tenant, Lenore Lynn Pickle (Richard); brother, Frank Allen Shelor, Jr.; grandchildren, Halie, Ely, Olivia and Eli.
The family want to send a special thanks to Amedisys Hospice and Alpine Health and Rehab for the care given to Fran.
