Judy, sons, and siblings of Dean. I have not seen Dean in years , I go way back and remember the first time his parents and the children came to church at Welkers Crossroads church and I remember the years that followed. Dean was always a quiet friendly and well mannered young man. This was still true the last time I saw Dean. If I was not under the weather I would have been at the service. My condolence to all the family.

Dean Hemphill was an incredible man. He was kind, loving, and giving to all, with a great sense of humor that lifted the spirits of those around him. He faithfully served his God, country, family and friends. He was a humble man that shined the light of God from within. There are far too many examples of his kindness and generosity to list here but I believe that God knows exactly how good he was, and that our loss is Heaven's gain. Until we meet again, he will be sorely missed.
