Though we knew it would come, it was sad to learn of the passing of the last of the Beatty children. Erline was a lovely, gracious person and a friend to all she met. Those of us who were fortunate to receive one of her delicious Lemon Chess pies found them incomparable and no other quite measured up. Hardworking and unassuming, Erline and her sunny disposition will be sorely missed.
