Imogene Pearl Staley Moore

Imogene loved her pets especially Pima, her cat. Orchids were her favorite flowers and she enjoyed working outside with her flowers and gardening.

Imogene will lie in repose at Loflin Funeral Home of Liberty, 212 W. Swannanoa Avenue, Liberty, NC on Thursday, August 7, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. A graveside funeral service will be conducted on Friday, August 8, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Dr. Clyde M. Gilmore Memorial Park, 6504 Liberty Road, Julian, NC.

She was the daughter of the late Glenn and Dutoy Jenkins Staley and was also preceded in death by her brothers, Jerry, Eugene and Preston Staley.

Imogene is survived by her daughter, Patricia Anne Dunn; son, Charles Edward Dunn; sister, Sheila Staley Kirkman; brother, Grady Staley and his wife, Brenda; and very special friends, Keith and Brandi Smith.
