

Bart was a devoted and loving family man. His children and grandchildren were the pride of his life. He was a retired painter and loved to play golf, fishing and mowing the grass.
He was the son of the late Hampton and Verlie Lawson Booth and was also preceded in death by his twin daughters, Laurie Ann and Tina Marie Booth; and sister, Mildred Foster.
Surviving is his wife of 65 years, Janet Siler Booth; daughters, Lisa Booth Cox (Tim), Paula Booth Wilson (Trampas) and Nicole Booth Collins (Andy); grandchildren, Natasha Hinshaw Murray (Clancy), Andrew Hinshaw (Laci), Shelby Bowman Lopez (Derek) , Sydney Bowman Potgieter (Koos), Gavin Collins and Meredith Collins; great-grandchildren, Jackson Murray, Presley Murray, Ava Murray, Catheryn Thompson, Liam Bowman, Preston Bowman, Aniston Hinshaw, Eloise Hinshaw, Mason Lopez, Gage Lopez, Joseph Lopez and Hudson Lopez; and two brothers, Rayburn Booth and Worth Booth.
The family will receive friends for a time of visitation on Thursday, December 18, 2025 from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. at Loflin Funeral Home, 212 W. Swannanoa Avenue, Liberty, NC
At the family’s request in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Randolph County, 416 Vision Drive, Asheboro, NC 27203.
