The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 27, 2022 followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Loflin Funeral Home in Liberty; burial will conclude the service at Dr. Clyde M. Gilmore Memorial Park in Julian.
David was preceded in death by his father, James Stewart Yates and wife, Teddi Kincer Yates.
He leaves behind his mother, Ilene Yates; brother, Chris Yates (Debbie); sisters, Deborah Woolard (Terry) and Cathi Absalom (Pat); as well as many other family members and friends that will miss him dearly.
