Jeffrey Lynn Blalock Humble

The family will receive friends for a time of visitation from 4:00-5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 10, 2026 at Loflin Funeral Home, 212 West Swannanoa Avenue, Liberty. Following the visitation, a funeral service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Monday at the Loflin Funeral Home Chapel.

Jeff was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rachel and Russell Blalock; father, Tommy Melvin Humble; and one niece.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, mother, Martha Blalock Humble; children, Amber Blalock, Jacob Hunter Blalock, Amanda Shea Hall and Tyler Quinn Hall; grandchildren, Delilah Astraea Rascoe and Everett Lynn Blalock; sisters, Tina Floyd (Tony) and Linda Frye (Chris); three nephews and two nieces.

Jeff lived for his children, and his two grandchildren were the greatest joy of his life. Beyond his immediate family, he was blessed with a large extended family and many cherished friends. He looked forward each year to attending the Plum Hollow Music Festival in South Carolina, where he formed countless lasting friendships and created memories he treasured. In his final days, Jeff was feeling well, enjoying life, and spending time in the company of a close friend.
