Jerry Dean Staley

A graveside funeral service will be held on Monday, December 8, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Gilmore Memorial Park in Julian. The family will receive friends on Sunday evening, December 7, 2014 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Loflin Funeral Home in Liberty.

He is the son of the late C.W. and Viola Mattie Lowe Staley and was also preceded in death by one sister, Patricia Brooks.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Doretha Polson Staley of the home; son, Jerry “Tracy” Staley (Sandi) of Wilmington; three daughters, Angel Smith (Gentry) of Randleman, Kimberly Kinney (Stephen) of Pleasant Garden, and Melody Gwyn (Tim) of Asheboro; sisters, Rosalie Staley of Julian, Jean Miller (Raymond) of Biscoe, Sandy White (Andy) of Julian; brothers, Ronnie Staley (Betty) of Liberty and Randy Staley (Sharon) of Ramseur and 10 grandchildren.
