He was a loving son, brother and uncle; and a friend to all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his father, William Dixon; sister, Tracy Raines and cousin, Jonah Bray.
He is survived by his mother, Elva Joyce McKinney; sisters, Cynthia Waugh, Melissa Lowe, Jessie Fulks, Stacey Dixon; brother, William Fulks; many nephews that were like his brothers, Cody Waugh, Dakota Lowe, Miguel Meza, Trey Sheppard, Dylan Sheppard, Seth Raines, and Chase Raines; and his biological parents, Darlene R. Fulks and Kenneth E. Driggers.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at The Loflin Funeral Home Chapel, 212 W. Swannanoa Avenue, Liberty, NC. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation following the service at the funeral home.
