December 28, 2014 at The Hospice Home in Burlington.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Pleasant Hill Christian Church officiated by Rev. Howard Spray, burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Loflin Funeral Home in Liberty and other times at Jean’s home.

Kathleen was the daughter of the late Dugan and Mary Inez Cotner Thompson and was also preceded in death by her husband, Bill Bailey; sisters, Maureen Thompson, Mattie Thompson, Barbara Jean Thompson; brothers, William Thompson, Clarence Thompson, Thomas Thompson and Ernest Thompson.

Surviving are her daughters, Jean Bailey Fox (Robert) of Liberty, Annette Bailey Robinson of Liberty; son, Ronnie Bailey of Liberty; sister, Dora Johnson of Liberty, six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
