Ola Ann Thomas Hinshaw

Ola Ann Thomas Hinshaw, 92, of Liberty passed away on Monday, June 24, 2013 at the Hospice and Palliative Care Center of Alamance-Caswell.

She was a member of Pleasant Hill Christian Church.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 28 at 2:00 p.m. at Pleasant Hill Christian Church officiated by Rev. Howard Spray. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at Loflin Funeral Home of Liberty.

She was the daughter of the late William Franklin and Mary Lettie Cook Thomas and was also preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Earl Hinshaw; three sisters, Ardelia Long, Ethel Allred and Valley Routh and five brothers, Roy, Marvin, Uary, Harley and Coy Thomas.

Ola is survived by one daughter, Lynette Saunders of Nashville, NC; one son, Gene Hinshaw of Liberty; four grandchildren, Michelle Hinshaw, Toni Osborne, Traci Hinshaw and Morgan Simmons and two great-grandchildren, CJ and Riley Osborne.

At the family’s request, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Hospice and Palliative Care Center of Alamance-Caswell, 918 Chapel Hill Road, Burlington, NC 27215.
