Pamela was the daughter of the late John Franklin and Annette Verone Corbin Ballard and was also preceded in death by her granddaughter, Corbin Gil.
She is survived by her daughters, Penny Alvino and husband, Chris of Franklinville, Nichole Billodeau of Asheboro and Katherine Chandler of Greensboro; grandchildren, Zachary Strandberg, Zane Goins, Zahra Goins, Carly Billodeau, Natalie Billideau, and Chandler Gil; and great-grandson, Elliot Goins.
