If you knew our Dad, Phil Foster you knew joy, love and a lot sarcasm. He had a laugh that could fill a room, a smirk (behind the mustache) that would never quit, and a knack for finding humor in just about everything. He told the best stories, some true and some stretched but all of them unforgettable. He loved to fish, and may have been a little in love with his boat. His greatest catch was the love of his life Vickie, and his love for his family and friends was unmatched. Everyone who has met him was better off for having known him. He will be truly missed but never forgotten.
He was the son of the late James Rhynard and Mary Virginia Kepley Foster and was also preceded in death by his wife, Vickie Marie Foster; and one brother, Rick Foster.
Phil is survived by his son, Jesse Clinton Foster; daughters, Tammy Clark and her husband, Colton, and Wendy Smith; grandchildren, Haley Smith, Jordan Smith, Cody Jo Bennett, Shaine Elizabeth Madden and Colton Lane Clark; great-granddaughter, Sawyer Jo Bennett; sister, Teena Walker; brother, Chris Foster and his wife, Susan; and sister-in-law, Debbie Foster.
