Rosemary Pate Hand

The family will receive friends for a time of visitation on Friday evening, February, 25, 2022 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Hanes Lineberry Funeral Home, 515 N. Elm Street, Greensboro, NC. A graveside funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. at Eternal Hills Memorial Park, 1565 Oakland Road, Forest City, NC.

She was the daughter of Isaac Bassey "I.B." and Clora Smith Pate; and was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. "Bob" Hand, Sr.

Rosie is survived by her sons, Robert E. "Ed" Hand, Jr. (Cheryl), Raymond I. "Ray" Hand (Tammy), Randolph P. "Randy" Hand (Jennifer); grandchildren, Amanda Hand, Stephen Hand, Isaac Hand, Sarah Elizabeth Hand, Joshua Hand, Rose Hand, Jessica Hand, and Naomi Hand; and brother, John Pate.

At the family's request, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, 120 S. Wingate Street,Wake Forest, NC 27587.
